RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Australian Maid Co., we take pride in creating thoughtfully crafted home care products inspired by coastal Australia.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@australianmaid.co. Please include your order number and photos of the item(s) received.
We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.
