PURCHASES, CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

We take great care in preparing and packing every order. Please review the following policy before placing your order.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to make changes or cancellations.

Returns

Due to the nature of our home care products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@australianmaid.co and we will work with you to make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless an item arrives damaged or an error was made on our part.
